Sale of artwork
These terms apply to all purchases of original artwork and limited edition prints made through art-sk.com.
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be processed, or if a pricing error has occurred, in which case you will be notified and a full refund issued. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not store or process your card details directly.
For full-sale items, payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
Pre-sale purchases require a non-refundable deposit, the amount of which varies per artwork and will be clearly stated at the time of listing. The remaining balance is due when the official print sale opens and your artwork is ready for collection. Pre-sale deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances once placed.
Pre-Sale Process
From time to time we offer a pre-sale period ahead of the official release of a limited edition print. The pre-sale window and its opening and closing dates will be clearly communicated for each release. During this period you may secure your place in the edition by paying the stated deposit.
Once the pre-sale period has closed, we begin preparing your print to the highest standards. Where required, the original artwork is re-scanned professionally and print tests are conducted. We will keep you updated at each stage of this process to ensure you are happy with the quality before your print goes into production.
When the official print sale opens, you will be contacted to make your final payment and arrange receipt of your artwork. If you have any questions at any point during this process, please do not hesitate to get in touch at
Original Artwork
Each original work is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece. Once an original work has been sold, it will be removed from sale. All reasonable care is taken to represent artwork accurately; however, colours and textures may vary slightly from screen to screen. If you have any questions about a piece before purchasing, please contact us at
Limited Edition Prints
Limited edition prints are produced in strictly controlled, numbered editions. Each print is individually numbered and signed by Sarah Kleeman. Once an edition is sold out it will not be reprinted. The edition size for each print is stated on the relevant product listing. Certificate of authenticity is included with each limited edition print.
Shipping and Delivery
Original artworks and prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Estimated dispatch times are indicated on each product listing. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if you believe any damage has occurred in transit.
Returns and Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us in writing at
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return postage and for ensuring the item is adequately insured during transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it is returned in its original, undamaged condition.
We are unable to accept returns on commissioned or bespoke works unless they are faulty or not as described.

These terms apply to all paid membership plans offered on art-sk.com.
Available Plans
We offer the following paid membership plans:
- Monthly plan — billed every calendar month on the date of your original sign-up.
- Annual plan — billed once per year on the anniversary of your original sign-up.
Details of current pricing and what each plan includes are set out on the membership page at art-sk.com/subscriptions/membership. We reserve the right to introduce new plans or modify existing ones at any time, subject to the notice provisions in the Price Changes section below.
Billing and Auto-Renewal
By subscribing to a paid membership plan you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not store or process your card details directly.
You will receive a payment confirmation from Stripe each time a charge is made. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain up to date; failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again, but no refund will be issued for the remainder of that period.
To cancel your membership you may do so via your account settings or by contacting us at
We are not able to cancel a subscription retroactively or issue partial-period refunds except as required by law.
Your Right of Withdrawal (UK Consumers)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel a contract for digital services within 14 calendar days of purchase and receive a full refund (the "cooling-off period").
However, by completing your purchase you expressly request that your membership begins immediately. You acknowledge that by accessing member content before the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, you lose your right to a full refund under these regulations. If you have accessed member content and still wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must make an explicit written request to
Where a refund is issued under the right of withdrawal following access to member content, the refund will be reduced by an amount proportionate to the membership services provided up to the date your cancellation request is received, calculated on a daily basis relative to the price paid for the current billing period. No further deductions will be made.
Where you have not accessed any member content during the cooling-off period and you cancel within 14 days of purchase, you will be entitled to a full refund.
This waiver does not affect any other statutory rights you may have, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where the service is not as described or is of unsatisfactory quality.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time.
If a membership is termed "founding" the member rates are locked and never increase, as long as the membership is continued. If a "founding" membership is cancelled the rates revert to the current prices available if reinstating membership.
If we increase the price of your current plan, we will give you no less than 30 days' advance notice by email to the address registered to your account. Your continued subscription after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price. If you do not wish to continue at the new price you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect in accordance with the Cancellation section above.
Suspension and Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time if you are found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to sharing login credentials, reproducing or distributing member-only content, or acting in a manner detrimental to art-sk.com or its community.
Where we terminate your membership due to a breach on your part, no refund will be issued for any remaining period. Where we terminate your membership without cause, we will refund a pro-rata portion of any prepaid subscription fees.
